Really love this location... made my drink I ordered PERFECT! some of the Sonics don't make it like I ordered, (even after giving specific instructions on how) but here they do every time

Stopped by yesterday when it was super hot to get a route 44 Cherry Limeade and another route 44 drink for my daughter-in-law. That is it, which sounds super easy right? We even ordered it on the Sonic App to make it even easier, not to mention the quick pay. We ordered it and they brought it out pretty quickly which was much appreciated due to the heat. Then, I took a drink and I have no idea what the heck it was. I thought I mixed up my drink with my daughter-in-laws drink, but NOPE! I pulled the lid off and my drink was light pink in color and there was NO cherry flavor, NO limes and NO cherries etc???, I was seriously NOT HAPPY! Of course we had already left to head home with my daughter-in-law & her new born baby that started crying so I didn't want to turn around and make them suffer simply because your staff cant read, or cant remember what they just read because I know fixing 2 drinks is oh soooo hard. Otherwise, they just didn't give a crap. Yet, to top it off we tipped for this crap. I cant imagine the trouble they would have had if they would have had to make change for a $20 dollar bill. I felt like DEI was in full swing in there and forever more we will be stopping in Ft Smith for all our drinks or snacks on the way home. Unbelieveable, they weren't even busy for pete sakes. You know I worked at a Sonic when I was 13 years old, so no I cannot understand how they could mess up something soooo simple, especially since technology did a majority of the work for them. Heaven sakes... How far down has our society truly fallen when you cant get 2 drinks right? From now on, I will order at the speaker and when my order comes I will make sure tbey have to make change for a bigger bill and then fully check it before the carhop gets a tip because you cant be trusted. Apparently, its up to us to watch over, teach and correct your employees because if 2 drinks are so hard, I am terrified at what else is going on in the building. Thank goodness we didn't order alot of stuff for the family because I can't imagine the mess we would have had. I guess, now we know why sonic on Massard was packed and your Sonic had 3 cars on the lot.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 100/5 STARS – SONIC IS A NATIONAL TREASURE 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Let me begin by saying: SONIC ISN’T JUST A RESTAURANT—IT’S A WAY OF LIFE. From the moment I hear those roller-skates swishing toward my car, I know I’m about to be blessed by the flavor gods themselves. The cherry limeade? A sacred elixir. The tater tots? Crispy golden orbs of joy forged in the heavens. And the Sonic Blast? It’s not ice cream—it’s a frozen thunderstorm of euphoria in a cup. I’m convinced the ingredients are whispered to the cooks by angels. And let’s talk VARIETY. Want a bacon cheeseburger at 7 a.m.? DONE. A footlong chili cheese coney at midnight? YOU GOT IT. A slush that tastes like unicorn tears and summer vacations? THEY’VE ALREADY MADE IT AND IT’S IN YOUR CUPHOLDER. The sheer audacity of Sonic to give us happy hour every single day from 2 to 4 p.m. is what separates mortals from legends. I don’t even need a reason to be happy anymore—I just need a half-price ocean water and I ascend. And don’t get me started on those commercials. If I ever meet the two Sonic guys from the ads, I will personally knight them with a mozzarella stick and declare them Lords of Flavor. Sonic is the culinary equivalent of being hugged by a sunset. Go. Drive in. Experience the magic. You’ll never be the same.
