  Half raw burger and when we showed them it all they said was oh no and walked off and nobody came to the front to address the issue. We walked off because she didn’t have time as she was on her lunch and didn’t wanna make a big problem out of it so I came to the front and they never came back up. This is embarrassing and disgusting and makes you wonder what level of education does their workers have.

  Forgot my fries. ALL I WANTED WAS FRIES. we ordered 3 burgers and a SMALL fry. HOW YOU FORGET THE FRY????????????😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  I’ve lived in Arkadelphia for a little over a year. Never have I been here and not had to pull ahead and wait. Most of the time the wait is far from fast-food. Several occasions I order at the window and pull ahead and wait out of line only to find they’ve lost my order completely. I’m a big fan of McDonalds but this place in particular is very sad. Worst McDonalds ever!

  The longest wait you will ever have at a fast food establishment anywhere in the entire world. Insane how long they take to get people through. Rude as well.

  Grabbed lunch here as a rest stop on a long road trip, but was quickly disappointed. We went in because the drive thru line was long—that was a mistake because they admitted that they prioritize the drive thru lines. I’ve also used a lot of restrooms in my life (and I don’t say this lightly), but they were disgusting (at least the women’s restroom was): paper everywhere, urine stains on the seats & ground, gunk on the walls. Then, the service was taking forever. We waited 30 minutes to get our food. We noticed that our order moved from the “in progress” to “being served” screen above the front counter. When I approached the counter to see what was going on, the lady told me that they cleared all of the “in progress” orders so that they didn’t ‘run up the clock’ on those orders. We still waited 15 minutes after that interaction to be served our food, assured that our order was being worked on. The fries were stale and my sister (gluten free) ordered a bacon cheeseburger without a bun—usually not too much of a fuss for fast food, especially McD. However, they it into a container with the cheese stuck to the bottom, covered by toppings/sauces and bacon, then the patty. There was a crowd of people waiting for food, mostly disgruntled. The customer service was lackluster and most of the employees looked disheveled of some sort. Ultimately, it all added up to a horrible and time-consuming experience. Do not recommend!!
