  Watched two cars park and go inside and leave before I was even able to order in drive through. My frosty is not filled to the brim and when I stated that I was told that’s where they are told to stop. It’s clearly not to the brim. Rude service and slow. So slow. I’ve seen teenagers work faster than this. On top of all that you gave me old chicken, I’ve worked fast food before, you gave me chicken from at least 2 hours ago, it’s barely warm. I won’t be back for a while, maybe by then those lazy people will have been fired or found better employment and some new people will come in place.

  Food used to be fresh and service was efficient. Stopped by today and they were very slow with their service. Finally got the food and it was less than desirable. Burger had shredded lettuce on it that was on the verge of being brown, fries were cold as well as the burger. I assumed that being in line so long would equal fresh food. I went through the drive through a week ago at eight in the morning and the menu was lunch. Management is bad, won’t be back.

  The floor was so greasy/slippery that you could barely open the bathroom door. You just pulled or pushed yourself cause of how slippery it was. And once at the counter, we stood there for about 5mins without any recognition at all. We were the only ones in the lobby and there was one car in the drive through. The lady at the counter was too occupied organizing trays and no one else even looked our way. Definitely won't stop here again.

  Mediocre fast food with employees who don’t give a crap. Not very clean, very slow service.

  This must be some kind of record. I go about every 6 months to this Wendy's, hoping that their service has improved. They have consistently screwed up our order every single time. No kidding. It's almost like they are going out of their way. I realize this is a first world problem, but there are better choices in Wetumpka. That the buyer beware.
