  Got carry out tonight and george was great. They were busy so it took a while but he kept us updated and even brought the food out to us. Super nice guy.

  We ordered a supreme pizza, but when we got home our pizza didn’t have everything that we ordered as a supreme pizza. We had more pepperoni than other items. Called the store and the manager said that they were told to cut back on items. We ordered it inside and waited for it, couldn’t he have said something? Then in the past two weeks we stopped by again and the door was lock this was in the afternoon. Again they said that they got a call from management to lock the doors and to not take orders.

  This was the third time in a row I’ve had a terrible experience with Pizza Hut, and at this point it’s clear this location simply cannot handle basic operations. Every single order I’ve placed has involved waiting an hour or more for pizza that should have been ready long before that. The worst experience was when I drove all the way to the store to pick up my order, only to be told they were too busy because someone called out and they had to cancel orders. Instead of notifying customers ahead of time, they allowed people to place orders, drive there, and then casually told them they were canceling it and issued a refund. That is an unbelievable waste of customers’ time. Staffing issues happen, but when the same problem occurs three times in a row, it’s no longer an excuse—it’s a management failure. If a store cannot handle orders due to staffing, the responsible thing to do is turn off ordering or notify customers, not let people place orders and then leave them waiting an hour or standing in the store only to be turned away. At this point, this location has proven it cannot deliver even the most basic level of service. After multiple chances, I’m done. I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again, and I strongly suggest others think twice unless they enjoy wasting their time.

  So, I heard the wings were great at Pizza Hut, I’ll never know! First off, someone answered the phone with this exasperated sigh that lasted maybe 10 seconds longer than it should’ve, asked for my number rudely, no “thank you for calling Pizza Hut how may I help you” nothing professional about that one individual. She asked for the address and when I told her I had to repeat myself like 4 times, kinda think maybe sequences of letters and numbers are too much for her mind to comprehend! Normally I’m a very patient person but not tonight! This is by far hand down the worst customer service provided by a pizza joint ever! To the owners of this joint, get better folks to work there that actually care about customers and care about their jobs. Because that person just lost you a customer for life and base on your reviews, I’m not the only one who feels this way!

  I went in to pick up my order and not 1 person was wearing gloves to prepare food. They was touching stuff including money and never washed their hands. Gloves was available because I saw them.
