  I was all dressed up this morning and stopped to order smoothies for employees. I ordered three there was a little redhead girl working she was very unfriendly from the get-go. She handed me each smoothie out the window seeing that I had no room or anywhere to hold them I ask if we or rather if she had cupholders and she said we do but… And shrugged her shoulders. This was after an entire smoothie was all over my clothes and everything from trying to hold them then I handed it back to her. They never offered to replace the smoothie. I had to pull over in the line and clean my clothes, clean off my car mat And a little snide girl never offered to help or offered apologies. Ridiculous customer service. There is typically an African-American lady there who is so sweet and so friendly. This little girl needs to go.

  I called to talk to kj known as Kirsten but some girl answered and hung up which I find very disrespectful in the food industry known as not being professional by meeting all needs

  To be fair. I gave a one star last week because they do not consistently open at 7am!!! But they were open yesterday and my smoothie was great. Please we need more smiles at the drive thru but thank you for being open at the advertised hours.

  The smoothie was more of a chunkie, it happens more often than not from the Wetumpka store. They haven't quite gotten the process down like the Montgomey stores. It is really frustrating to not be able to drink your smoothie through the straw.
