  My dad and I went by here and both felt like we should leave a review about how clean and well ran this business is ran. Ta was super helpful and very friendly with helping us with our order.

  So thankful for speed and qaulity of the service here. Id never been to a dunkin donuts before and i wasn't sure what i Wanted to get. TA the young lady working at the time took such great care of me. her reccomendations on what to get couldn't have been any better. If all dunkins are ran and operated like this one it will be my new favorite coffee spot Awesome service and great coffee and food

  Look, if you are going to ask for a tip at the start of every customer sliding their card now, absolutely be more consistent on how you make the beverages!!! I ordered an iced coffee and it was handed to me without ice looking like this. Bland and no ice! I needed something to sip on, so I have taken sips just to have something. Terrible quality though! There’s only one to two girls who can make a good tasting coffee in that place, so I know if they aren’t there, then my money is pretty much wasted. My last visit was my absolute last at this location. It’s unfortunate that you feel you have to drive 30 min to prattville for a good coffee and WAY better customer service. Due to several different issues at this location over the recent months, you unfortunately just lost a regular.

  Drive thru. Ordered a Large Brown Sugar Latte with light ice and a Large Butter Pecan iced coffee with cream, sugar and very light ice. Get home with our drinks, what a disappointment. The Large Brown Sugar Latte was in a medium sized cup (we have never gotten one like that before) and had no taste at all. All you could taste was the oat milk. The Butter Pecan iced coffee was in the large cup but had absolutely no taste. No sugar and definitely NOT AT ALL, BUTTER PECAN. It has gotten so inconsistent with Dunkin, that I am afraid to go thru the drive thru for drinks any more. Yes, it is so convenient on workdays, but I can make a cup of coffee with ice and milk in it at home for next to nothing. NO FLAVOR IN EITHER OF OUR DRINKS. One trip will be great, the next two, the coffee is horrible. I am sorry, Scooter's is a little bit more, but the consistency is spot on every single time. I drive to Clanton to work every day so go thru the drive thru at Dunkin's hoping to get what I usually do not get. Then, I attempted to call the store and of course the number has been disconnected, so obviously customer service is not important.
