  Food was good as always, the workers were friendly & nice - which is a nice change from the usually grumpy & bored workers at most TacoBells these days. Had a big order & it was correct & hot & tasted great. I love taco bell so much, I could eat it for every meal. But its easy to mess up, and so when a store gets it right like this one- I make it a point to tag the location as a good store :) Oh and I

  For starters the employees look miserable here ( could be from what I assume was the manager-s talking horribly to /about them)and not to mention how the customers that call this place feel when they’re mocked by employees for calling and complaining after they hang up, specifically the girl with colored hair working tonight. Besides that I came through the drive thru and finally got my food (3 items) after waiting 10 minutes. I pull around to the front to check my bag , due to everytime I come here I’m missing something or it’s incorrect, during the day and nights I’ve came through here….So I have to go in and ruin the convenience of the drive through to get it fixed , which you then have to pass through cloud of cigarette smoke to get through the doors. Overall dissatisfied with service , food , & atmosphere as per usual.

  Ordered a veggie bowl added a few sauces & potatoes, but i guess i got whatever they felt like making. They didnt put lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes, they left out the whole bowl! I also got burritos with no meat, extra rice, extra sour cream & nacho cheese. There was nothing in the burrito, honestly i am done ordering from this location. Everytime i have modifications or want extra i never get my what i order. Its literally the complete opposite. I've worked for taco bell so im familiar with the scoops and proportions that are "extra" & whats not. I think ive been unsatisfied with this location one too many times. Tired of getting slop, and food thrown together. At this point, Im gambling!!!!!!!!!!! TACO BELL COST TOO MUCH FOR YALL TO NOT CARE!! HOW ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS DO EXACTLY WHAT YALL WANT & STOP COMING!!! HOW ABOUT NO ONE SHOP AT TACO BELL PERIOD. AT THIS PIONT YALL ARE ROBBING PEOPLE. YALL DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME ANYMORE NIGHTSHIFT. I GET THE POINT.. GO HOME & COOK!!!!!!! DONT GO TO TACO BELL!!!!!! Thanks yall are helping me save money!! Shouldnt be shopping at taco hell anyway UPDATE: BIG THANKS TO HAILEY FOR PATIENTLY LISTENING TO MY COMPLAINT & HANDLING MY ISSUE!! SHE LISTENED LIKE SHE CARED, AND DID WHAT SHE COULD TO SOLVE THE ISSUE.
