I wasn't greeted right away, but there was a shift change happening, so that seems normal. My coffee was exactly perfectly prepared, and my donuts were beautiful. It probably took 5 minutes total. I hadn't been inside a Dunkin Donuts since 1989, but this coffee is so good!

I will not be returning to this location if she is working there.
