  The absolute best McDonalds around. The food is always fast fresh and the employees are so friendly.

  They store needs to be shut down immediately. The service here has been terrible for an extensive period of time. They will have multiple employees in their working and will not take orders. The food is typically old and people have a bad attitude. This isn't going on and people have a bad attitude.

  1PM on a Wednesday. Waited for 10 mins in the drive thru line before I decided to go inside instead. Parked, got out, and realized the door to the inside was locked. There was a manager in a white Nissan, who rolled his window down And let us who were trying to get inside now that they have no staff and that’s why the inside is closed. He had long black dreads, feminine voice, and a purple shirt. He seemed to be getting a kick out of what was going on. Worst location in Hoover.

  I ordered breakfast on the spot on my way to work on 2/27/26. I chose to pick up in store. I got a notification that my order was ready. I arrived within 5 minutes at 7:15am. The doors were locked and I could not enter the lobby. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building. After staying in the line, I finally left or else I would’ve been late for work. I’ve been trying to call the store and the phone line is busy like it’s off the hook. I can’t get a refund on the app. I NEED MY MONEY!! The owner or manager needs to contact me about refunding my money. Why give the option to pick up inside and the doors are locked. Worst experience ever!!
