I switched my order from drive thru to pickup when I arrived and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. And everything was right with the order. Big bonus!

The staff is courteous and kind, my food order is always right, hot, served in moments. They never give you flack about having preference for human counter service (because what I want isn’t found on the kiosk), and they give customer access to all the relevant condiments you may need, and you can enjoy your hot food in a clean lobby. I’m always pleased with their service and have even called the manager to the front just to rave over their good work, which I believe is just as important as calling them forward to complain. There are plenty of other fast food places that have taken the attitude that if it’s affordable, then the food doesn’t have to be good, hot nor right. However THIS VESTAVIA HILLS LOCATION does not. There, the food tastes like you’d think it SHOULD. ..and with a hectic schedule that doesn’t leave me much time for redos and extra waiting, I DEFINITELY appreciate that.

The manager refused to prepare my order because I canceled an order, however, never notified me of this. A dasher picking up my order notified me that the manager was refusing to prepare it.
