The manager came to the window took my order, once I got to the window to pay I declined the tip. She then became not so pleasant. I ordered to iced coffee and 2 donuts. I sat at the window for 10 minutes. There was no line or anyone pulled up nor any customers on the inside. My kids and I decided to just come in to get the order. She seen me then she started to walk to the window. Saying she was just bringing my order to the window which was untrue. She had one drink in her hand and that was it. I told her I also had two donuts and another drink. She said she only put in one. Asked another employee to make the other drink. No apology for the wait or inconvenience.

The staff was friendly and efficient with everything done with a smile! Their restroom was clean and fresh-smelling. Great morning experience!
