- KKKrista KempJan 1, 20261.0If I could give no stars I would. Went online on New Year's Eve and placed my order for delivery. The store was open for another hour when the order was placed. The wait time for delivery said 25-40 minutes giving them adequate time to prepare, cook, and deliver the order. Needless to say i was in the food service industry for 29 years so the tip woupd have been well worthwhile. The order never arrived. Not a call to follow up nor was I refunded my money. So me and my girlfriend went without the 30 bucks in food that was ordered and paid for. Buyer beware of this Domino's location. Spent over 3,000 in food through 2025 with this company but I assure you, Domino's won't get another penny of my money!!!

We got our delivery (cold & soggy) 45 minutes after the driver left the store and 1 hour 15 minutes after we placed our order. When I called the store, they kept saying "it's 5 minutes away" and said the driver had another order to deliver. But it shouldn't take so long that your food is cold. Just make your tracker honest so people can make an educated choice to purchase or not.
