Fatima was very short with him when asking what I had. I didn't know and I dont think that he knew as well that extra queso was an extra charge. I know I've never been charged extra for that but it was the manner inwhich Fatima said that's an extra charge. When I scanned the bar code for my guacamole reward I had to ask her if it applied because she quickly handed me my receipt and proceeded to the customer behind me. When I asked for my free guacamole she said it's already on your bowl. I said no ma'am I knew I was paying for that but I also wanted my free one. She then yelled to the youngman..."just give her some in a cup". Just no customer service. Even the young man kept apologizing to me. Check# 10103
