- UZUmar ZeeApr 4, 20261.0Branch is new but staff is either not trained properly or just lacks customer service, they changed our bagels without informing us from everything to plain and simply said we didn’t have more everything bagels, well if you didn’t have them, then you should have told us about it, didn’t even toast them properly, filled my coffee with ice only. They need to improve a lot. I requested to remove some ice and he’s like you were supposed to order it like that well okay if that’s the rule then how could you changed my bagel order.

This is not towards the workers at the store. this is towards the owner or whoever makes the final decision to have the product into the store. The turkey sausage taste awful. I took one bite and spit it out. I came from up north where they actually sold the turkey egg and cheese sandwich on the app. I was not able to find it as an option so I tried the wrap instead the food was hot. Everything else was prepared so the workers did they job is the product itself that is disgusting and I truly hope that the person that can actually make a decision makes one because today I’m fed up. It’s been too many problems when it came with the food and the product and I’m done. Y’all used to have the best hashbrowns hands-down now even they trash. that’s truly my last day eating from y’all and buying coffee and I need y’all to understand the workers did their job. Is the people that makes the final decision? Y’all need to start tasting some of y’all product before y’all sell it.
