Why is my food always wrong when I come into this taco bell.i always pay for chicken and always get seasoned beef. You basically stole money from me. I live out of town. I been here 4 times and it's never right. You all need to pay attention.i hardly complain but this taco bell .it's ridiculous. I think I am done with this taco bell. If I want tacos. They are some Mexican restaurants in valley or Lanett I will go to. I choose here and I can't never get my order right. Look under CS and see. I paid for chicken every time and get some nasty seasoned want to ground beef.

12/4 waited at drive thru order menu 10 minutes - never an update. I asked if they were open then was told to hold on. After more time I asked if there was a technical issue to be told no. I told them that three cars behind me just drive off and lady replied that is ok. I said not for the people that own this business. Then another woman came on and said oh we are sorry it is the mobile orders. This is not how to run a business. Hire people that know how to speak to customers and explain what is happening. So bottom line I drove off. More money lost.

We was in line for 15 minutes, and all we needed was a little bit of food to head back home on a 3 hour trip. This restaurant closes at 2AM, amd we had gotten to the order station at 1:42 AM. What really sucks is that they weren't taking anymore orders, even though they still had ~20 minutes until closing. How much consideration did the staff have? None. Sorry, but first impressions are indeed everything, and yall certainly left a bad one. Absolutely killed the rest of our night.
