Arrived at store and waited approximately 20 minutes behind two other cars in line. Finally arrived at the speaker, told them I’d ordered through the app, and was told to pull forward. Sat in line approximately another 20 minutes until I arrived at the window. Told the young lady I had ordered through the app. Apparently someone with the same first name as me had also ordered online and she tried to give me her order. This took another 10 minutes. I finally told her to forget about it and drove away, as I had a six hour drive ahead of me. So I wasted over 40 minutes and got nothing. She did tell me to “have a blessed day” so there’s that. I would avoid this location if I were you.
