My mistake, the men's room was unserviceable and the ladies room was locked (and nobody came out before I left). I thought maybe the staff was having a bad day, so I ordered coffee and a donut (Boston Cream)... Only to find out that the donut has no filling. The coffee was at least consistent with other Dunkin coffee, so that was the saving grace. Edit: I spoke with Glenda and she offered to send a gift card, which gets service to 4 stars.
