  Placed an online order for pick up. Drove to the store and parked at the window for about 3/4 minutes and no one came to the window. Okay that’s fine maybe they were busy so I pulled around and parked and went in. There was a young man helping a customer on the phone which is fine he was doing his job. There was another guy training a girl if that’s what you wanna call it. Looked more like flirting to me but the young man needed help on the phone so he went and got the other guy and by this point no one had greated me or asked if I needed help. So after standing there for 5 minutes I looked at the guy who was training and said I was gonna grab my own food since they can’t be bothered with helping me. So I went around the countered and grabbed my own order. This dominos is a joke that can’t even tend to guest right in front of the face. The trainer was more worried about chasing tail then helping me. Shout out to the young man tho he was actually working and multi tasking.

  Brittany was my delivery driver and she was so sweet! All three of my kids are asleep for the night so I asked in the delivery instructions to knock softly & she did! She also handed me my order instead of setting it on the ground like Papa John’s did last night. Thank you Brittany! I ordered Papa John’s last night after debating Papa John’s or Dominos, I should’ve went with Dominos. Papa John’s gave me burnt food and when I called all they told me was “that’s how our sandwiches have been coming out tonight”. They didn’t offer me a replacement sandwich but instead a replacement pizza for another day. Our pizza was also burnt. I asked in the delivery instructions to hand it to me & knock softly as my kids were asleep for the night. My driver put my food on the ground, knocked & ran away.😓 Will never be ordering from there again. We usually switch it up between Domino’s and Papa John’s but will be sticking with Domino’s from now on!

  Ordered through the app. Dominos is a 30 minute drive so i was quite exited to eat food that isn't trash. When i arrived home, instead of the chicken parm sandwich i ordered all i got was a chicken-less and sauce-less sad, hard sandwich which nothing but burnt cheese. on-top of that i also ordered a buffalo mac n cheese, there was no added buffalo sauce.

  Absolutely horrible business. I used to order from them at least once a week but after the most recent visit I will never return. I'll make a long story short. Ordered delivery at 515pm. The tracker said it was delivered at 638pm. We never got the delivery. At 645 I called the store and after holding a while someone answered. I told them what had happened and they told me to give them a second. Well after 10 minutes of hearing what was going on in the store (a couple really anger people demanding refunds lol) and no one returning to the phone, I drove to the store. I was still on the line when I arrived. After talking to two different people and arriving at about 720pm. At 820pm they asked me if I wanted them to remake the order!? They had me stand in the store an hour after talking to 2 employees and never even started the order. I got a refund and left. Never will be back. Oh and there were no adults or managers in the store.

  Our pizza was over an hour late. Delivery driver arrived at my house and said they had another order to deliver on our street and would be right back. After calling and talking to a manager they stated the driver left our order at the store. My husband offered to pick it up and the manager stated we would have to pay for our order again if we picked it up. Our pizza was cold upon delivery. I would not recommend!!!
