  i always like wingstop back home but this by far has to be the worst wingstop ever! i regularly order from this location and they have never gotten everything in my order correct! if you ask for side of flavor they will give you a side of grease with a little sprinkle of flavor instead of a standard tub of say parmesan or lemon pepper dry seasoning. they always forget one part of my order, dont seal up my drink for uber or will just give me dry wings with zero flavor! it's ridiculous. terrible employees who don't know how to do their job and read a basic order ticket! will not be ordering from here ever again! they forgot my ranch and a straw for my drink!

  I am a DoorDash driver who recently had an unprofessional and concerning experience at this restaurant. During a pickup, a female employee falsely accused me of “smacking” her hand. Which absolutely never happened. I calmly told the employees that the store cameras would clearly show that this did not occur. Despite that, a male employee (Tony) became very rude and said he believed her without reviewing any footage. He escalated the situation instead of handling it professionally. When I attempted to take a photo for my own documentation of the interaction, Tony told me not to take pictures. The situation was handled poorly and made me feel unfairly accused while simply performing my job as a delivery driver. Because this involves a false accusation of physical contact, I am requesting that the store preserve and review the security camera footage from the time of the interaction before it is overwritten and address how staff handle accusations and interactions with delivery drivers. 3-8-26 1st pickup, between 1:20-1:45pm. (when the female employee alleges I assaulted her) 2nd pickup, 3:50-4:07pm. (when the female employee refuses my service)

  It’s very hit or miss. On the good days it’s a 5 starting off all the way. On the bad days it feels like a waste of money.

  Me parece que no tuve una buena atención de los empleados, y respecto ah la comida las papas estaban ricas pero la salsa ranch estaba muy aguada y salada y el pollo fue imposible de comer mucha pimienta y sal en exceso 🙄 deberían mejorar la atención al cliente y no colocar tanta sal ah a la comida
