  didn't think there could be a worse wingstop than mcfarland but i stand corrected. why do all the wingstop in tuscaloosa suck? 0 seasoning when you explicitly ask for extra.

  I am writing this because I am deeply concerned about the food safety standards at this location. This is my second consecutive negative experience, and both have resulted in physical illness. Incident 1: I ordered a brownie that arrived covered in mold. Despite the off-putting smell, I didn't realize the extent of the issue until I took a bite and immediately became ill. When I brought this to the manager's attention in person, the issue was brushed off with no real concern for the health hazard. Incident 2: Today, I ordered Lemon Pepper wings. Shortly after eating, both I experienced immediate, violent digestive distress. I have been dealing with ongoing stomach issues since the first brownie incident, and today’s experience has made matters significantly worse. One time is a fluke; two times is a dangerous pattern of negligence. I have been a big fan of Wingstop, but the lack of quality control and the dismissive attitude of management at this specific branch is unacceptable. I will no longer be eating from this location for my own safety and will be escalating this matter to corporate headquarters immediately. Health and safety should be the priority, not an afterthought.

  Visited here today on 4/8/26 around 3:45 and the ladies at the front were very pleasant! Great customer service!
