Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    The slowest and most poorly run Whataburger I’ve ever experienced. 25 minutes and counting to get 4 sandwiches in the dining room, there are 5-6 other tables that have been waiting longer….employees don’t care. Place is clean and I’m sure the food will be ok but their processes are completely broken in the kitchen with this wait time. Makes it more infuriating to listen to all the employees cutting up and laughing in the back when they aren’t capable of taking care of their customers. If the rest of people in my group would have joined me I would have left 15 minutes ago. 20-30+ minute service times at a fast food restaurant is absurd. We won’t be back that’s for sure. Could have went to Texas Roadhouse next door and got food faster.

    Ms.Gigi is amazing. I don't know where y'all found her, but please keep her. She is all for the people, and you can tell her staff respects her. She and she makes sure she checks on the guests when we wait on our food.

    This establishment is exceptional; they promptly served our food, and the operations were excellent. The staff was welcoming, and the family members were attentive. Additionally, the restaurant maintained a clean environment.

    My experience at this location was excellent. Gigi was incredibly friendly and provided outstanding customer service. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by how positive, professional, insightful, and inspiring she is. Kudos to her for her kindness & great service she truly makes a difference in creating a positive dining experience.

    Stood there for 10 minutes without anyone coming to the front and when they finally did the two employees sat there and talked and proceeded to order their own food without greeting a customer and they were on their phone. took about 5 receipts that hadn’t been pulled to pull their own bc obviously no one had checked the front in a while. Then proceeded to ask the guy behind me in line if he was picking up a pick up order or placing an order after I had been standing there. Then told him to wait and left the front and sat there and talked to someone else. Didn’t ask me if I had a pickup order which I did an had ordered it almost 30 minutes prior at this point bc I was waiting for service. Fries aren’t even fresh they’re barely warm. Then they proceeded to leave, guess shift change is more important and making sure you get ur own food before you clock out then doing the job ur employer pays for. Would’ve taken 2 seconds to grab my order that was already done but she chose to be on her phone, order her own food and ignore me standing infront of someone.
