Went 2 weeks ago, ordered 2 pizzas and waited over an hour to get them on a dine in. Server never came up to us during the wait seeing if we wanted anything else to drink or tell us we would be waiting over an hour. Pizza is pretty good though.

When I moved to Tuscaloosa, the very first thing I learned was this: TUSCNY makes the best pizza in town. And if anything goes wrong, the owner will make it your problem. I was warned. I ordered anyway. That's on me. Tonight I'm out $60 on a failed Uber Eats delivery — pizza that sat at the counter for 25 minutes before a driver even showed up, then another 45 minutes quoted to go three blocks. I cancelled. I called. Not to complain. I've been in there before. The woman who answered knows me and she genuinely tried to help. I asked if I could walk over — two daughters in a stroller, willing to pay again, just a dad trying to feed his kids. She went to the owner. She came back. The answer was no. Not "we're buried tonight." Not "I'm sorry, I can't." Just no. He was calling me names to his own staff while two little girls were hungry three blocks away and I was offering to pay him again for the privilege. That's not a bad night. That's a bad human. The pizza is as good as they say. Meh in New York, gold in Alabama. Go get it. Enjoy every bite. Just don't ever need anything from him. Because you will find out exactly what I found out — and exactly what everyone in this city already knows.

Nice place, decent seevice and food was okay nothing special. I had the cheese pizza, ordered thick crust but got hand tossed, it was a little light on the cheese but tasted ok. Husband had the fried ravioli, again okay but nothing special.

Not only is the pizza intensely overpriced, we ordered it to go and they don’t even have the pizza on a warmer so it was cold by the time we picked it up. Paid >$50 for a cold box of pizza. Sadly we had closure with this box, will not be going back. It was for my birthday too, sigh.
