  When my husband and I came in and ordered 2 chicken quesadillas and 2 blue raspberry mixed with Baja blast slushies, I was told that they do not mix the slushies that no taco bell does that and thats the rules and that they follow the rules.....well I have NEVER EVER been turned down for my slushie to be mixed. Ever. Then I brushed it off and waited to get the food and when we got it, it was burned. Literally dark brown and black on top and bottom. We couldn't even eat it. So I went outside and called corporate and asked them if they had a policy to where they can't mix the slushies and the man said NO there isnt any. Then I explained to the man how bad the quesadillas were burned and the customer service was terrible. He gave me my money back for the order but I still havent found the link in my taco bell app where I got my refund. So I am just letting everyone know, if you want genuine customer service and not someone who just wants to make things difficult then go somewhere else. I have never been so displeased with someone who takes my order at taco bell. Then the food was burnt on top of it. Get it together people.

  We ordered just under 40.00 in food. We were told to drive up, no line… order#179 We ordered 2/9.00 deluxe meal… No burrito ( on both) we got 1 taco each ( 2 missing) neither of us got our cinnamon twist. We ordered a large plain chip/chesee.. and 2 steak grilled xtr… they were the bomb… However… We asked for them to make sure our order was correct…. They weren’t busy… makes me feel pushed… no extra sauce…we asked for during our order.. Then was told we need to pay extra… Almost 40$ So tired of being treated like our order/money/ means ZERO! Girl had a don't care attitude . Lazy!!! Phone, busy!!!!
