  I go here somewhat frequently. I stopped for a while cause they would always mess up my order but now I just try to order simple things.

  It gets one star because the fries were fresh. There were puddles of water on the floor, dead bugs near the soda machine, staff standing around and talking while tables sat dirty. I ordered to eat in and they called for me to come get the food despite having a number on my table. I was the only one in the dining area so it wasn’t busy. I wish I could say that the worst part of the experience though. My mom and I both ordered the new Arch Burgers. My burger was so undercooked it was raw inside. My mother’s was as well but hers was edible, mine was clearly undercooked. I think the staff needs to be trained on what setting those patties require. Crazy to think I actually spent $29 on this experience 😂

  The food isn't bad even tho it is dirty the food isn't bad and tye the frys and nuggets are good

  Went through the drive through at this location as it was on my way to my next job site and I was in a hurry and hungry. Watched 4 cars go through the other line after they asked me to hold on a minute. Went across the street to Hardys and was served very quickly. Harry's for the win!!

  Employees refuse to do their jobs; refuse to take orders, refuse to have the lobby open if they feel slightly busy, and extremely rude and unprofessional. One time I was in the lobby ordering and this big man started yelling and cussing in front of children because I’m assuming someone called out of work and they were gonna close the lobby because of that, looking at us like we’re the problem and deserve the verbal abuse.
