  I was in T-town for the a-day game & i stopped by mcdonald’s to get something to eat as you know i’m not from tuscaloosa i’m from gadsden but anyway the service was absolutely terrible there was nobody running front counter & there were a-lot of people in the lobby had already paid & waiting for their food or was waiting to have their order taken but i got my food about 10 mins later & i ordered a small fry & small ice cream cone & a sweet tea & i was missing my ice cream & my fries were cold so i went back up the the counter & waited for 30 to 45 mins for my ice cream & i was absolutely furious because nobody was coming up to the counter so i kept saying “ hello ! “ & this worker finally came up & i told her my fries were cold & i was waiting for my ice cream cons but i was stilling talking to her & she walked away while i was stilling speaking & she was very rude but this is the worst mcdonald’s is tuscaloosa & i hope the girl loses her job but the worst fast food service i’ve ever had -0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

  Cashier was quiet did not know what he was saying, didn’t give me the sauce I asked for.

  I hate this place will never go back it takes forever to get your order and it's like playing Russian roulette if you get your order right 95% of the staff do not even speak English so unless you point to a picture you can't tell them what you want

  I ordered a value meal with the two cheeseburgers and I added bacon to both sandwiches and they gave me a sandwich with pickles and no bacon and instead of making a new sandwich with bacon on it they took the sandwich out or taking a bite out of and put the bacon on it and didn’t take the pickles off. No onions is completely rude. This McDonald’s does not need business at all.

  NO KETCHUP!! How do u have no ketchup when your main entree is burgers and fries. I asked for a complimentary cup of water they charger me 1.59. It didn't help that they could not understand me and don't come at me with no racist remarks. The person taking your order should be able to communicate with you. Never going to this mcdonalds again¡‐
