  Ordered 5 sandwiches and 9 sides. Of the sandwiches, only 2 were right. Ordered 2 Greek Gyros but received 2 Chicken Gyros. Ordered extra meat and cheese on a Cubano but received regular Cubano. Only 3 of 9 sides were in order. Employee reluctantly added rest of sides and we discovered at home the sandwich problems. Contacted corporate, who referred complaint to franchisee. Heard nothing from the franchisee. Spoke with manager today and she addressed all issues with order and apologized. We will continue to to use them hoping this was a one-off.

  Jimmy John's here In Tuscaloosa/Northport is a staple in my rotations of places to go, service is always fast and you get what you came for. No Complaints
