  WHEN YOU SAY MAYO ON THE SIDE WHYYYY DO YALL FILL IT FULL AND WHEN I GET TO WORK ITS SOGGY I WILL NOT LEAVE ANYMORE ILL CHECK IT BECAUSE THIS IS THE 5th time Jesus it’s not hard UPDATE I WENT AGAIN TODAY LOOK WHAT THEY DID AGAIN!!!!!! But this time they put meat and mayo only when I asked for a #4 no mayo or tomato I’m sick of this. It happens every single time I go. This time it didn’t get checked because it was my brother. Like how is it so hard??? I’m sick of wasting my hard earned money.

  Ordered online, and hour later I got updates it was on the way. Driver could deliver the sandwich, Manager said that corporate has to do refunds. Got the run around. Don't waste your time.

  Love this place. J.John's is a healthy alternative to burgers and fries. Kinda why I eat here a lot.

  If I could rate this place zero stars I would… I HAVE to share my experience because I am genuinely SHOCKED at how unbelievably slow and unprofessional the service at this Jimmy John’s was. I’ve never seen anything like it. The whole point of “freaky fast” is speed, yet I waited so long I could’ve grown the lettuce myself. But the slow service wasn’t even the worst part. The workers were downright rude. When I asked a simple question about my order, the employee rolled their eyes so hard I thought they might actually get stuck. Another worker acted like handing me my sandwich was a personal inconvenience. No smile, no greeting, just attitude. And when my order was wrong (after all that waiting!), they acted irritated that I politely pointed it out. This is absolutely the worst place to bring your family. The atmosphere is stressful, the workers are dismissive, and the service is painfully slow. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Honestly, save your money and your sanity, no one should ever give their hard earned money to a place that treats customers this poorly.
