  Absolutely disgusting location- if you can stomach the 1+ hour wait time on mobile deliveries while watching people who order in-house AFTER you get THEIR food, you won’t be able to stomach eating your food after a worker cleans a disgusting drain and sneezes on themselves just to go right back to making your food (and why would they change their gloves after that?) In fact, you’re lucky if you even get your food. Don’t expect any customer service either- everyone’s too busy talking and doing who knows what. Never go here.

  This restaurant has the worst service on the strip, I have been here for 45+ minutes and I still have not gotten my order. I would not recommend coming here if you are on the strip.

  Me and my friends had a night out and this man wouldn’t let us in the door. It was cold outside and we told him that we would just stand inside to get warm but would wait to order and he was insistant on not letting us in. It wasn’t a nice interaction as he kept yelling at us saying “it’s going to be another 10 minutes.” At that point it was 1am and was 50° outside and we just wanted to be in the warm and off the street. This Taco Bell has lost my business just because of how rude that guy was at the door.

  I waited three hours for my food after it said it was ready. I was never let into the building to even think of grabbing it. The guy at the door was so rude, not just to me but to EVERYONE in line. I never got my food and don’t think I will ever eat at this location again.
