I did it in a jokingly manner as I was talking to another person in line. She told another customer she got distracted because I ranged the bell for no reason which was rude. I’m here to buy food not be treated rude. The bell is there on the counter for us to use. I don’t understand how she could be agitated by something like that. Tried to shake it off and reorder! “Oh so now you want me to fix your food?” Mam I just wanna order sorry for ringing your bell. Then here comes another Pilot Employee who’s apparently her brother, he gets all in my face trying to swing on me! What kind of ppl do they have working for them! I’m a customer but got rude service and threatened by another. Thanks to ROZ for giving me a free pizza

One morning I stop by YOU'RE CLOSED FOR THE NIGHT, the next time I stop by your employee is on a 30 minute lunch, but remember you're suppose to be 24 hours. Either hire extra help or just close period and open during regular hours.
