- MFMatthew Fritz-KentSep 17, 20253.0I will say, this location has improved since last year in terms of punctuality in fulfilling their orders. That being said, they tend to be slow in fulfilling orders still. The sandwiches are quite good, but they get extremely backlogged in their orders and it can take a while. So, while the food is good and they have improved in their timeliness, still be prepared to wait on your food especially during the peak lunch hours.
- BMbianca mSep 8, 20211.0The staff are extremely rude and have terrible attitudes, the only man on the staff is the worst of all, he yells and openly cursed about me even though all i politely asked him to repeat himself bc i couldn’t hear him through the mask and the mumbling. Honestly the school should be hiring better people to work on campus. You’d think they’d intervene. Everyone I’ve spoken to about the Subway at the ferg has had the same rude experience.
