    We ordered through Uber eats. They were fine, but the food was horrible. It was not what we ordered. What we did receive was burnt and there were no condiments on the sandwiches. The milkshakes were nothing, but whipped cream with a topping. There was no ice cream in it at all. It was terrible. I won’t be going to that sonic again.

    I ordered ahead on the app, then when I arrived they came out and told me the life cream machines were down. I asked how to get a refund and the girl just said, “in the app” like it was a simple process. It was not. I had to call countless times for days in a row, but this location never once answered the phone. I had to search the website for a corporate number tall, go through transfers, be placed on hold, recite my order and locate the order number, a headache.

    This place will flat steal your money, be advised. TLDR: Even with zero interaction with any staff member, nor receiving any food or other item from them…. They still charged my card the entire purchase price. Flat out fraud. ———- We placed an order in the app at 9:21, knowing they close at 10:00. We pulled up, entered our parking spot ‘number’ into the app (at 9:23) and waited 25 minutes, and still nothing. After waiting that long, we hit the red ‘call’ button…. thinking surely someone would reach out to us to maybe help with whatever the problem was? Nope. They clearly acknowledged the call on then inside, but simply reset the kiosk 2 times in a row. And it was obvious all this was in an attempt to run out the clock until 10 when they close. Fast forward to 10 and now they’re magically closed. And I’m out $12.96 with nothing to show for it. - Absolutely theft.

    Ordered an Oreo chocolate shake with extra Oreos tonight. Got the shake and it had no chocolate syrup and barely any Oreos in it. Told the carhop it didn’t look correct it looked like a regular Oreo shake and it didn’t look like there were hardly any Oreos in it. She said it was correct it just looks like there’s no chocolate syrup in it because they have to add extra ice cream in it. Brought it home looked through it no chocolate syrup to be found and hardly any Oreo pieces. Very disappointed.

    I unfortunately need to hop on the bandwagon to affirm that this Sonic seems to be poorly managed and horribly understaffed. We spent about 15 minutes futility waiting in a bay to be able to put an order in. We gave that up and got in line for the drive through, since there were cars in line and the line was slowly moving. We waited at the drive through speaker for another 5 minutes, and no one talked to us to taken an order. We were ultimately able to put an order in for the drinks we wanted at the pickup window. We only got drinks, and that still took about 10 minutes to get. One of our drinks was not what we ordered, which we did not notice until moving on, and we figured it was not worth waiting even longer to get that fixed. It looked like there was one employee running the whole operation at around 6PM, which is evident of severe mismanagement, if there even is a manager.
