- TSTracy SnowFeb 7, 20261.0I would like to totally take back my good review for before. WOW!! I’ve seen a lot of bad customer service in my life but wow this place takes this cake. My account was used and not one person I talked to would help. They hung up on me several times and Johnny told the girl I was dealing with to hang up on me when I asked for a manager above them. Also, I have two of the three calls recorded if upper management really wants to hear how their people speak and get caught in lies! That whole store needs to be fired. They are the exact reason why businesses fail.

The manager was rude and honestly I wish I would've opted for a refund. I hope for this particular store's sake my food isn't tampered with.

I received one phone call and wasn’t able to answer it but immediately started to walk to the front and there was no sight of the driver. I looked on the status and it was marked as “delivered.” I called the store and spoke with the manager and he explained the store was about to close and the driver is already home for the night. He explained he would refund the order and give me two complimentary pizza and have the name set aside for the issue. I called to redeem that tonight spoke with a woman and she said it’s either a refund or replacement and would not honor what was promised to me since they dropped the ball. I will not be doing business again with them.
