I was literally standing at the counter, ready to pay, and the employee told me I had to order online. I even asked, ‘Can I not just tell you my order?’ He said no, so I asked if I could just call the number on the sign. I couldn’t believe it—he actually picked up the phone while I was standing right in front of him, and then proceeded to type my order into the computer through the phone. I paid and everything, but the whole process was honestly ridiculous. Just let people order in person.
