The review is not about the staff it’s about the food quality. I spent $25 for a salad and a fruit cup! Panera is expensive and I was aware before I went there. I don’t mind paying. But when I spend my money, with those prices, I’d expect ALL my lettuce to be fresh, not beginning the decomposing process!
