  Ordered 12 hours before I was to pick up and they had none of the doughnuts I ordered! Of course my card was charged

  Went inside to place a order employee bent over . The young lady at the drive thru told her she had a customer. She mumbled something still didn't move. The young lady offer to assist me ,I refuse. Due to the employee bent over and unwillingness to help. Shout out to the young lady at the drive thru window who offer to assist me . It is not a pleasant sight to see someone bent all over on a counter. You question was there mindset on working and being productive intstead of unproductive.

  Ordered donuts to be picked up by 12 pm. When I got there they didn't have the football donut so I had to get a regular chocolate iced, vanilla Kreme donut. No problem. But my order wasn't even made when I got there. I ordered early to avoid donuts being sold out before I could get there and they never put my order together till I walked through the door, which defeated the purpose of ordering online. I've been traumatized by food so much I have zero trust for any restaurant or food service. I have to cut into my food and look at it before I can bite it...and this is why. As I'm cutting into my chocolate truffle donut a piece of plastic pops out. Like the kind used to attach a tag to clothes. I immediately lost my appetite but thankfully most of the donut was eaten with no issue. Now I have 5 more donuts I'm scared for myself or my son to eat. Food in this town costs WAY too much to constantly be left so disappointed. Do better!
