Then she tells me they don’t do the free donut when the light is on anymore. Are you kidding me? How about putting a sign on the door or anywhere before people waste 15 minutes sitting in the heat? It took 20 minutes to get one donut. And you stopped giving free donuts on the 4th? It’s the 7th — you couldn’t just let one slide? You literally throw donuts away at the end of the night. So I order a pumpkin donut, hoping it’s at least good. Nope. It was disgusting. I felt zero joy eating it. And the lady at the window? Completely rude. No smile, no greeting, nothing. What happened to basic customer service — or even pretending to care? I get that they’re short-staffed, but come on. Even a three-person crew should be able to move faster than that. The whole experience was miserable from start to finish. I’m never coming back to this location
