The young lady said she would cancel the order. Later, I noticed the order wasn’t cancelled on the app so I did so. Called the store & spoke to Eon. He said he didn’t even see an order from me. Today is 11/3, & I’m still trying to get my refund. On TWO occasions I waited over 15 minutes on their customer service line, to no avail!! Kristy Kreme is my new doughnut spot!!
