Based on the app, I should have had time to receive and eat pizza before leaving for an appointment at 730pm. At 7:05, I called the store because my tracker showed “quality check” beginning at 6:15. The staff member was curt and told me that the time on the app is not accurate. If so, then why put a time on the app since I am sure that I am not the only one who bases online ordering based on delivery estimates. He assured me that the driver was walking out with my pizza right then and coming directly to us. The pizzas did come in about 10 minutes. They were cold and stale. A “thin crispy crust” does not hold up reheated in the microwave. So gross. This has happened about the last 4-5 times we have tried this location. We are done with them. Poor quality, poor service. I will drive to another location to pick it up if I want another pizza from Dominos.
