My second order was left at my front door without the delivery person ringing my doorbell and the food had turned cold. The only way that I knew that it was outside is because I was wondering why it was taking so long for it to come. When I opened my front door. The food was left outside with absolutely no call or doorbell being rung. I proceeded to call Dominos regarding my issue. The first gentleman told me that he would get his supervisor on the phone, which he did and it was pointless. The supervisor was telling me that I was being hostile because I was explaining to him what had taken place. I told him that they love to label people (people of color) as being hostile when they enter an issue with them. He said that he would need to hear the delivery person's side of the story first, which she LIED! She said that she rung my doorbell but didn't. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and have always been told that the customer is always right. In other words, he basically called me a liar but not out loud. I told him that I wanted my money refunded and that I would never order from that location ever again. Whatever you do. Don't order from this Dominos!

I have tried about everything available but have a favorite. Hand tossed, extra sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms with extra cheese. I was not disappointed today. From time to time I will get their brownies. They are great and worth trying sometime.
