When I arrived to pick it up not only was the cake not ready, the manager didn't even know a cake had been ordered and tried to tell me she could only make the heart shaped valentine cake. When I explained I had ordered it online in advance and began to pull up the email confirmation, she walked away and began grumbling to another employee saying she didn't want to deal with me. I don't think she knew I could hear her because she came back to view the confirmation and said she would make a cake for me right then but she wasn't able to make the size or flavor I originally ordered. I am thankful the cake was made quickly but I do not recommend ordering online in advance. Honestly don't bother getting their cakes unless its one that is already premade in their freezer. This entire experience ended up costing more money than originally quoted, was late, and came with a side of attitude.
