I was charged for queso twice and charged for chicken when there actually wasn’t even chicken in my bowl when I got home and realized it. I’ve tried to contact people at the store and resolve this issue but no response. $26 for a bowl that should’ve been no more than $13-15 max is ridiculous. I have pictures of everything as well.

No había casi gente ya que fuí temprano a cenar, no había cola detrás de mi. Le expliqué a la joven que gentilmente me atendió que no quería nada spicy ya que no me gusta y le rogué que me avisará para no señalar nada con picante. Fué incluso a buscar el pollo a un lugar distinto de otra barra, pues el resultado fué un pollo picante en mi bowl, al parecer o no están atentos a nuestras necesidades o están mal organizados. Las mesas en general estaban todas con residuos de clientes anteriores, sucias. Tuve que pedir cucharas porque no había ni una. Tuve que escupir literalmente dos piezas de pollo porque eran incomibles, evidentemente pican cualquier cosa y lo meten. Lo mismo me sucedió con un trozo grande y duro como piedra de palta que tenía la cucharada de guacamole que me cobraron $2.65 + tax EXTRA! Una tristeza como por economizar bajan la calidad y la cantidad de la comida. Ya no volveré.
