I ordered online because quesadillas can only be ordered through the app. I arrived before the scheduled pickup time and still received cold food. I ordered a regular quesadilla but was given what looked like a kids-size portion. I also ordered black beans, white rice, and sour cream on the side. The black beans were missing and no one informed me they were out. The white rice container was only half full, and the sour cream container was strangely half filled with rice and then topped with sour cream. My boyfriend’s bowl was also cold and missing several items. To make matters worse, both of us became very sick after eating the food. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope management takes steps to improve food quality, accuracy, and safety at this location.

The chips were stale, the beans were awful and the rice was almost completely uncooked. I also found a lovely hair in my sour cream. I love chipotle but this was heinous, seriously need some new management. I wish I got it in person so I could see how this circus created this retched meal! But this review will have to do, absolutely disgusting.
