    Do not order online! I had 3 separate orders. Mine was a carne asada bowl. I usually get 2-3 small meals.I ate 3 bites and put it up. Next day, there was no steak in the bowl.

    waited in line for 40 mins with about 20 people behind me while the workers just sat there conversating and staring at us customers, instead of making our food. after about 20 mins of being at the front if the line without anyone making my food and the customers complaining, the worker had the nerve to have an attitude with me.

    Poorest ran chipotle that I have ever been too. Management is awful. Employees have attitude and are unbelievably lazy. Food is always fine but it takes 35 minutes to get through the line. There are always three people standing at the register for some reason. They sit in the back and play with their thumbs. We are on their time, they are not on ours.
