    While traveling through Tuscaloosa, my husband and I stopped for lunch. The girl taking our order was wiping her nose while taking orders, they served the 6 people that ordered after us, my husband had to go inquire about our order. My sandwich had been sitting the whole time and they had to remake his because they couldn't find it. No apologies, no offer of discount or refund. No they weren't busy. No one ordered ahead of us and the group of 6 were the only ones after us.

    The area manager Vanessa is a liar and does not keep her word! I had permission to park at this location, my vehicle was towed. I spoke with this manager and she assured me I was getting my mo ey back, she was going to take it out of her employees check and i said absolutely not, I can wait until I come back to Tuscaloosa and the company pay me!! I spoke with her several times she said she would be here when I got here she was not, she said coming at 11pm would be ok thank goodness I came earlier because they lock the doors at 930!! It cost me everything i made that night to get my truck back (285$) she told the manager on duty to give me 100 thats all she can do!!! This is the worst arbys i have ever been too!! Corporate is being called every conversation has been recorded! She is going to be held responsible and i will be getting my lawyer involved at this point its not only about the money but about the principle!!

    The food here is never fresh ! I asked for my food cooked fresh and was given these gummy over cooked chicken tenders as well as stale fries. You guys need to revamp this location and step up the customer service
