- RLRenee Ledbetter2 days ago1.03 out of 4 times I’ve been to the skyland location I couldn’t get my order due to decaf not available. Some people like myself cannot have caffeine due to health reasons. I’ll go to the 15th street location from now on. Never had an issue at that one.

- RKrenee kiddDec 30, 20251.0I went to 7 Brew on Skyland Blvd in Tuscaloosa Alabama on 12/20/25 and purchased 2 $25.00 gift cards and was charged twice. I have been up to this location 4 times now to get this mistake corrected and have yet to get a refund for their mistake. They keep taking my name and number telling me they are going to fix this issue but have not and now on my way to this location yet again 12/30/25 to talk to someone about this. I tried calling the customer service number but it’s a recording stating you have to go to the location if you have any issues which is ridiculous and very poor customer service. I like 7 Brew but not enough to have them change me $100.00 for 2 $25.00 gift cards and now not refunding me for their mistake. I have showed my bank statement showing the charges on the same day and still nothing resolved. DO BETTER 7 BREW!!!!

I'm a Dytxh Bros fanatic and thought the experience was very similar. Definitely not AS good as Dutch Bros, but definitely a close second. Everyone was friendly and I got my drink quickly.
