They gave my son a milkshake instead of the smoothie I think if your gonna be that busy then at least be well trained to get the orders right. The wait is way too long to have to sit through all that again.

Drove around to pick it up and were told we hadn’t paid. We explained that we did and showed the transaction in our banking app. The manager came out but didn’t seem to know any more than the staff. They then swiped our card again and said it declined. We tried another bank card, and that one was charged but the original transaction also went through on the first card even though we were told it wouldn’t. Ended up being charged $15 for one coffee, which also didn’t have the extra caramel we asked for. Very frustrating experience and poor handling of payments. Do not let them swipe your card twice.
