- CDConnor Dupuis6 days ago2.0EDIT: To top ALL of this off, I get home and they're both buffalo chicken pizzas! None of which I ordered. Went back to the store, and politely asked them to make the correct order and the person up front looked at me like I was dumb. To preface, I work in food service, specifically quick service, so I understand what it takes to be in this line of work. I placed my order for two small pizzas, one was gluten free at 4:29. ETA for the order was 5. I leave and get to the store right at 5 to make sure it was done, which of course I wouldn't be writing this if it was done. I walk in, and several employees look at me, but dont acknowledge my existence, and look annoyed that I want to pick up a small order that I placed over 30 mins before. I finally get waited on, and get told it would be 5 minutes. They then start a 50 pizza catering order, and push no other orders. All while this is happening, the phone is ringing and no one picks up a single time. They continue the catering order and I sit and wait, again, with zero acknowledgment of myself and two other customers that were in the building before me. The employees were not very nice or welcoming and honestly rude to people who walked in, and said it would be a 30 minute wait, basically shooing them away. I saw when my gluten free pizza was being made. No care for cross-contamination and it was touched with the same gloves that touched the regular pizzas and the same cutter was used for the GF pizza. Overall, a horrible experience just for two small pizzas. Learn how to prioritize orders even through a big catering order. Also, teach your employees that people want your business and you shouldn’t tell them to leave.
