  I never write bad reviews because as somebody who’s worked in the food industry I get we have our off days… but I have never more disgusted by the customer service I barely received from this location tonight. This place was a complete mess and I’m not just talking about a dirty beverage area and dirty kitchen. I came to pick up a DoorDash, noticed it wasn’t on the shelf ready for pick up, so I patiently waited. No one acknowledged me or anybody else that was picking up an order. I decided to go through the line to buy a drink while I wait. The employee looked at me, rolled his eyes, huffed under his breath, and went on to the next people in line. This made me feel so uncomfortable that it felt wrong just being in the building at this point. I was waiting by the cashier stand for like 10 min before I moved back to the side to just wait on my order without ordering a drink. One of the employees came from the back and helped bring out the pick up orders. She finally acknowledged me and asked “are you waiting on something”? Finally got my order and it’s cold. I now remember why I don’t go to chipotle. If you hate your job that much, get a new job.

  Absolutely sick of this location. Never have I seen a worse run chipotle. All the employees have an attitude, there’s always a ridiculous line, the foods never as good as other locations, and it’s always a mess

  The worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Been there twice in the last month and the first time they ran out of sour cream my second visit was yesterday and after standing there for a half an hour in line they yell out 10 minutes on brown rice and 20 minutes on white rice at 7:00 at night. How do you run out of rice at all when it's the main ingredient?

  I walked in while youth were dining in and they were near closing and had already removed steamers from heat and young server said “you’re not going to want what we have.” So I ordered nothing and sat outside awhile in the car and watched several youth go in and come out with bags I guess they had already bagged for their friends and/or people who had called in and/or ordered and paid online or over the phone.

  McFarland Chipotle is my preferred location in Tuscaloosa. Most of the time they’re well stocked and I’ve noticed they’ve gotten better recently but sometimes they run out of essential items after long rushes. The employees are always kind and ready to help though. Would recommend.
