I have placed delivery orders from this Arby's many times, and not once has it been correct. The past two nights have been the worst, however. I am done. Last night I ordered three sandwiches and received only one. Tonight they sent me a turkey, bacon club sandwich with less than half a piece of turkey on the sandwich! (Please see pathetic photo.) What makes this so frustrating is this was another delivery order, so two sandwiches and a drink totaled me at $53
... when I called to inquire about it they pretended not to hear me and hung up on the phone. So I took it to the store, where they denied hearing the phone ring and told me my delivery driver must have messed up the sandwich... ensured me that they would never allow a sandwich to be prepared in such a way ...Are you serious?! The bag was sealed when it arrived at my door!!! They're just sorry and lazy! There is absolutely no excuse for this. I will find out names of both employees working and repost in the morning. I would steer clear of this Arby's... whether it be delivery or drive-thru, this crew never gets it right, nor do they care to MAKE it right. Best advice, drive 2 miles down the road to the next Arby's... or just go somewhere else. Not worth it.

Ordered the two can dine for $17.99. Only got one turnover, cheese on both sandwiches was not melted at all. No sauces were given for the cheese sticks. Upon first arriving employee was asleep in the dining room. Had to ring the bell by the door to get service. Cost to much to get poor quality food and service.
After an unreasonable wait to be serviced inside the restaurant, it was clear customers are an imposition.
Not sure what was occupying the three employees behind the counter but it certainly wasn't customers.
Food was edible, but strongly recommend passing this restaurant.

Just went to Arby's in Tuscaloosa, ordered 4 Arby's sandwichs. The casher trained by Arby's management didn't ask or tell me but decided to add cheese to all four sandwiches, this is an additional charge I wasn't told about, did not want, and did not order. To Arby's Corp. 3 of my family member are lactose intolerant. As we ordered this while traveling didn't notice the unordered addition to my order until we were already back on the interstate. Was this done in order to intentionally get more money or to intentionally harm my family? You might say this is my fault for not checking my order before I left but in my opinion what that response says about you is that you don't care about your customer experience or the health and safety of the customers. Instead your focus is to train employees to add unwanted upgrades to orders for a little extra money. If you had any vision you'd realize that instead this costs you money because this will be the last time I eat at any Arby's anywhere. Oh and last note on this horrible franchise no receipt was offered or given to me.

Drive through wait time was minimum. Food was freshly cooked. Taste: ok.
