  I was craving coffee this morning. Went to Seven Brew and their coffee is bitter. So disappointed.

  3/29/2026 - Skyland Blvd: The order takers were good. They kept the line moving, were patient and helped me decide my order. They made sure to enter my phone number for points. I chose a Blueberry Cobbler Chai Chiller (frozen). The flavor was mild, not very strong on the chai or blueberry. The problem came with the cashier team. I asked for a receipt to sent to me. I was told I couldn't have a receipt because their printer was broken. I repeated that I wanted a receipt SENT to me, I expected a TEXT. The cashier told the one dropping drinks off what I wanted. I was told, again, that I couldn't have a receipt because their printer was broken. I was told I could take a picture of the screen. I did. Something a simple as a receipt should not be this difficult.

  Their coffee and service is always great! The snickerdoodle, sugar cookie, and cinnamon roll coffee always taste so good!

  I paid for my drink & had an agenda so I ended up leaving before I got my drink. I got upset because I let the waitress know & she said mine should be coming out next because I was the next in line & I was. Then other vehicles behind me drinks erre up before mine in her line. Gi figure. I was very disapointed. I know they couldn't make me stay but I didn't get a I'm sorry call & they had my money.
