Found what seems to be a dried piece of chewed gum. It’s either gum or plastic, but obviously something that shouldn’t be in any food. I tried to call and forwarded to voicemail twice, but I know there has to be someone there to answer the phone, because it hasn’t even been 30 minutes since I got the food.

I guess the managers and workers are just hanging out in there cars on a beautiful Sunday Afternoon. A few people inside are working.
Was the first in line. Had to ask about please having hot fries. They asked me to pull up. Then only brought a burger..
The manager i assume got out of the hot box car ,asked me what I need, and then was brought cold fries.. Thank you!

I tried to go inside yesterday and get food around 4pm but they had all the doors locked, like they weren’t open. I’m sick of these employees doing this because they only wanna work drive thru. And this isn’t the fist time this has happened to me. So I’ll never go here again, the food and employees are both terrible.
The McDonald next door is 100x better than this place. And that’s saying a lot.

This is by far the WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to… went through the drive thru and they told me they were only doing door dash through the drive thru so if I wanted anything to come inside so I go inside and there’s NO ONE at the counter then the guy comes from the back and walks past me to get the girl to take my order then they both walk past me and go to the side and leave me sitting there before she comes to take my order. She asked for my order then another lady comes inside and her ENTIRE order was wrong and cold and when she complained they looked and talked to her like she was an idiot. They remake her order and then the guy walks off and forgets to make mine (mid you there was two other employees standing there telling him he forgot to make my order but they were doing NOTHING. He finally makes my order and I go to get my drink and there’s absolutely nothing in the drink machine except sugar free root beer and sugar free Powerade. I get outside after finally getting my food and it’s terrible… stale bun cold burger and soggy fries I ate it because I HAD to be back at work from sitting there so long but I’m very disappointed and I Won’t be back and will tell everyone I know about how TERRIBLE that place is

Service is incredibly slow. Customers at counter are disregarded in favor of drive-thru although that can be incredibly slow too. Workers more interested in internal chatting than customer service, no manners, beverage machine broken, cleanliness poor and prices increased sharply. It feels insulting to go into fast food restaurant these days with prices far too high, service non-existent, and dirty dining rooms. Why go… ? if not corrected fast food dining will be dead soon, maybe already abandoned by many.
