They ignored the other guests after multiple attempts to get their attention. They were busy, but once they answered they were rude and dismissive.

I always say thank you and stay polite, but have never even gotten a “you’re welcome” back. Last time I went, there was black char ALLLLLLL over my food. You’d be better off eating tires. Fix your customer service and clean your appliances.

They treated us exceptionally well, and the food was simply delicious. We ordered two drinks, a regular beef taco, a Dortio taco, nachos, guacamole, and a bean and beef burrito. The food and service were both top-notch. 10/10
